K .R. Byggdin contributed a great little story to "Moose House Stories volume 1". We are delighted to see this note in the newsletter of the Writers' Federation of Nova Scotia:
Great Plains Publications' Catharina de Bakker has acquired world rights to K.R. Byggdin's debut novel Wonder World. KR honed their debut novel under the guidance of Jacqueline Dumas as a 2018 participant in the Writers' Federation of Nova Scotia's Alistair MacLeod Mentorship program. Wonder World is the story of 27-year-old bisexual Isaac Funk, who is broke, drifting, and questioning his lonely existence on the East Coast when his grandfather dies and leaves him the promise of an inheritance in Manitoba. Publication is expected for spring 2022. Woo hoo! Congratulations KR!
